The ARIF-Veto Movies Collection’s Hundred Sellection Foundation (AVMCHSF) adalah sebuah lembaga representative tingkat Nasional yang sedang mengepakkan sayapnya dalam dunia perfilman Dunia, didirikan pada medio April 2009. Film yang masuk dalam daftar TOP 100 adalah Film yang telah ditonton oleh Sang pemilik saham. Film tidak akan pernah dibedakan berdasarkan jenis ataupun sebagainya karena ARIF suka semua jenis Film, Jenis Film indie-pun bisa masuk daftar. Adapun criteria-criteria yang bisa masuk kedalam daftar Adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Memiliki pesan moral, motivasi dan mencerahkan.
2. Ada sesuatu baru yang ditawarkan.
3. Memiliki nilai historis yang tinggi
4. Jalan cerita yang unik dan dengan pengemasan yang menawan

Urutan dalam daftar dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tergantung jika:
1. Ada film yang lebih pantas menggantikannya
2. Tergantung perasaan jiwa penilai saat menonton
